Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using WarDataLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
  • We may update these terms over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Service Description

  • WarDataLab is an intelligence and research platform that organizes military, conflict, and geopolitical information for informational and analytical purposes.
  • The service includes military equipment databases, conflict monitoring, satellite and flight tracking, and analytical workflows built from reviewed materials and internal product workflows.
  • We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or timeliness.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Do not use the service to break laws, harass people, distribute malware, exceed rate limits, or impersonate others.
  • Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary algorithms or models used by the service.

Subscription & Payments

  • Free access may exist without payment. Paid tiers require a valid payment method.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
  • We may modify pricing with notice to existing subscribers.
  • Refund requests are handled case by case through contact@wardatalab.ai.

Intellectual Property

  • The platform design, code, algorithms, and branding belong to WarDataLab except where third-party licenses apply.
  • External materials, datasets, and other licensed content remain subject to their applicable terms.
  • Your use of the service does not grant ownership rights in the platform or its content.

API Usage

  • API access may be limited to specific tiers or approved enterprise clients.
  • API use is subject to rate limits and fair-use controls.
  • We may modify or discontinue API endpoints with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

  • WarDataLab provides intelligence data for informational purposes only and must not be the sole basis for military, financial, or safety decisions.
  • Conflict data, predictions, and analyses are estimates informed by reviewed materials and internal analytical judgment.
  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarDataLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to WarDataLab in the twelve months preceding the claim, where permitted by law.
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on data or analyses presented by the platform.

Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
  • You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
  • Upon termination, the right to use the service ceases immediately, while permitted retention and aggregation rules may still apply.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by applicable law.
  • Disputes will be resolved through the applicable legal forum or dispute-resolution process stated in the controlling agreement.
